POLICIES • To confirm your appointment, please submit required forms before your appointment. This is to ensure your safety. • Please message me if you're running late. A 15 minute grace period is given before your appointment is cancelled and a 30% charge is charged to the card on file. • For the health and safety of all clients, I reserve the right to refuse waxing services in certain cases. I cannot perform waxing on certain areas with active skin conditions, infections, or irritations, such as rashes, open wounds, cold sores, or contagious skin disesases. Additionally, I may refuse service if I determine that waxing is unsafe for the area due to health concerns.
